How We Work!

Our Process

With years of experience behind us, we have fine-tuned our workflow in order provide a better process on each project, start to finish.

  • 1.

    Blueprints / Plans

The first step in our process is to upload the plans to our Stack Estimating software.
  • 2.

    Takeoff

Once the job plans are uploaded into Stack, we can then begin measuring and taking off our scope of the project.
  • 3.

    Value Engineering

Once we have all the takeoff measurements, our estimators will go over the specification sheets and bid forms in order to offer any value engineering (cost saving measures) we can recommend.
  • 4.

    Submission

Once the takeoff is done, the material prices quoted and the value engineering complete, we then transfer all information to our corporate bid form and submit our proposal for review.

Professional, Uniformed Field Crews

Each crew we send out to a job is easily identified as a valued Nationwide Paint Co.® employee due to our mandatory uniform code and badge number which is assigned during the hiring process.

Professional Management

Each project is managed by an onsite superintendent and offsite project manager. The superintendent is in charge of the day-to-day project details, while the project manager handles all material orders, change orders and increase or reduction of crew members onsite.

Office Support

Along with professional, uniformed employees, onsite and offsite project management; our experienced Office Team provides 24/7 support for all projects under contract.
